End User License Agreement

EULA – Miniclues

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before using the MiniClues application.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and MiniClues Apps ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the MiniClues mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the App.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device that you own or control.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

  • License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make the App available to any third party.
  • Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of us or our affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
  • Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MiniClues Apps and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MiniClues Apps.

4. User Content

You retain any and all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.

5. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from us, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your mobile device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we, on our own behalf and on behalf of our affiliates and our respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
